Spa Services

Scheduling Appointments

Massage and nail services are recommended to be booked 2-3 weeks prior to arrival in order to better secure your treatment time.

*Spa rates are subject to change without notice.

Arriving for Your Service

We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes prior to ensure the full benefit of your service. All services will finish on time to allow our next guest their full treatment experience and the full value of your service will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Please call 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

Age Requirements

Spa appointments are available for guests ages 16 and over. New York State Law requires guests under 18 to have a parent or guardian present during all massage and body treatments. Salon appointments specifically designed for younger clients, ages 6-15, are based on manicures and pedicures in the salon only. Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa changing rooms or sauna.

What to Wear During Your Spa Treatment

Our staff is trained in proper draping designed to ensure modesty and comfort throughout the service. However, if you are more comfortable, you may wear undergarments for your treatment. Disposable undergarments are available upon request.

What to Bring

Complimentary use of spa robes, sandals, and lockers is provided for all spa treatment guests. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa. We are not responsible for valuables that are lost or left at the spa.

Tea Bar

Complimentary Tea Bar is available in our reception area.

Electronic Devices

To preserve a tranquil environment and guest privacy, please refrain from using cell phones and camera while in the spa areas. We request that these devices be turned off and secured in your locker during your spa visit.

If You Are Pregnant

Please avoid all treatments in your first trimester. Also, avoid the sauna. We recommend Prenatal Massage from the 4th month on. If you have any questions regarding your spa experience, please consult your physician.
